Thanks for watching! My hubby and I went to New Zealand for two weeks on our honeymoon then a “layover” in Tahiti. We LOVED it so much. Christchurch stole my heart.
Wow! Those tropical Christmas trees are stunning! They would do well over here in Australia for our Summer Christmas. My Mum would go nuts over the monstera leaf one with the frangipani and I am a in love with the ocean reef one! Absolutely gorgeous!! I hope you are feeling better xx
Thanks Jane. Yeah, the monstera tree sold quickly! Being in South Florida we have sand vs. snow Christmas. We have Christmas lights on palm trees all over and we even have decorated boat parades. Super fun.
Beautiful kiln unloading Sarah! The trees are fantastic and your glaze combos too. I might have to try the stroke and coat under honey flux. I’ve tried that with pearl white, you get similar effect. Thanks for sharing.❤
The Brie bowls are soo gorgeous!! I love how the clay comes through! And what a great idea to carve the ring!! What an awesome idea for the mug for your husband! I love that!! We stayed at the Del Coronado and it was an amaaazing time! I’m going to have to think of a way to make something like that for our anniversary! For the big magnets for the fridge, the less glaze you put on the back that touches the pins the better it will look, also the more stable glazes will leave the least amount of marks. Just a hint. They look really great and another great idea! Your son’s face sculpture is awesome!! OMG YOUR TREES ARE STUNNNING!! Wow! Those are Florida trees for sure. Lol. May I give you a suggestion? When you take the kiln shelves off be sure to take the kiln stilts out right after so you don’t accidentally knock them over and hit things with them. It made me nervous when you have soo many gorgeous pieces in there. I love the last platter too! Also, I’m just trying to help, try not to put big flat things on the bottom shelf. For some reason they just don’t do good on the bottom shelf. Also it’s so hard to reach flat things on the bottom. Lol. What a great kiln load. I always get so excited to see you have a new video. ❤
Thanks for your tips! Great idea regarding the posts! I’ve been using the bottom for the trays because I have alumina hydrate on them and I don’t like lifting it up and having it dust around. So far so good but will definitely adjust if I start having issues. 😅 Yes, so happy with the Brie bakers. I printed out a recipe card and usage info to go along with purchase. Thanks again Michele!
Thank you! The bear is a stamp from De La design and gifts. BEWARE the site is addicting. 😅 deladesigngifts.com/products/pottery-stamp-bear-head-design-camping-doodle-series-clay-pottery-tool-plastic-3d-printed-multiple-sizes-available
Love that stroke and coat cup/planter. Was there anything under the stroke and coat? My kiln is firing now, but I did the Honey Flux underneath. I wish I'd watched this sooner!!! That runny look was just what I was looking for. Love the tropical trees!!
Thank you! It actually sold quickly at my first market! So I used a fondant silicon sprig mold for each piece. I overlapped each leave with random spaces in between. 😅 I’m sure it could work with a cutter or stamp as well, you would just need to cut around each piece. It DID take awhile to make.
Wow, those trees are so, so beautiful!
Thanks, they were a hit at the market!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful glazes from down under New Zealand.

Eeeek, I was so happy when it came out ok. Took 6 hours of my life, 😂.
@PerrinPottery what material was the cone made of that supported it? Plaster, or just plastic wrapped? So tall and perfect, nice work!
@@PerrinPotteryheard you mentioned homeschool...I do too! My son is 7 and autistic in 2nd grade. It's a lot of work but I love it😊

Nice kiln opening! Did you have that market yet? How did it go?
It’s TODAY! I’m so nervous. 😂
@ you’ll do great and I hope you film a little bit of it!
Love the monstera christmas tree! Where did you get the texture mat or cutter?

Hey Sarah just wondering how you made the business card form? Did u drape it over something? Thankyou Nat xx
Hey Nat, I just did a quick vid of how I made it. Just used my hands to make a wave. Super quick and easy.
oh I haven’t fully caught up yet so maybe it’s next lol Thankyou.
Can I ask where did you get that underglaze transfer?
Of course, here’s the link. www.chinaclayart.com/products/underglaze-transfer-beach
And thank you for reminding me. I try to think of putting links when I’m editing but I forget. 😅
Thanks for sharing!! My husband and I also went to bora bora for our honeymoon and I would love to make him a mug like this!! 😊😊
