    This is a documentary that I use to pump me up when I'm not feeling too motivated...I don't even do crossfit haha, just play rugby.

      Rugby is a badass sport, buddy of mine played it and said it was rough as hell. You should start doing some CrossFit and see if it helps with your rugby skills.

    How things change. “I don’t want to coach” “I don’t want to own a gym”. A now look at HWPO. So many lessons here, including those Mat’s actions have shown. Nothing is absolute. Be open to trying things makes you better.

    this man is so motivational, doing an exam in lockdown 2021 and got this on to keep myself motivated and focused on the exam. anyone that needs motivation, just needs to watch this and they will be motivated to work.

    I truly believe that training alone is but one aspect of his success. While not even close to his level, I can relate to traing alone. I truly believe it has made me mentally stronger. Once my mind realizes, "Ok, he's not going to quit"........it adjust.

    Dude the Marine Corps builds men! I wasn’t even a high performing Marine, the attitudes your earn from doing it will follow you everywhere. It sucks while you are in. But you will always be willing to do more than everyone else because you were intensely trained to perform. I hated it while enlisted, but love the life lessons!

    This is the top life style that I like 👍
    A lot of people spent time on the couch , smoking, watching tv … and and and and , after they have health issues.
    I think life is more interesting and ur body is very important

    Lol mat’s discussion about his diet lacked the most important factor… SAMMY! He may not have been counting macros but I guarantee she was mindful of them for him. She is literally why his diet was so good and I think is probably one of the biggest reasons for his longevity. The hardest thing is diet fatigue and clearly sammy put in that work to prevent that

      The people that make it don't quit. They keep going. After your done with your 3 set of 14 reps he's out doing 4 sets of 20 until he can't feel anymore
