I know that Raven's qcf4 is a good keepout tool, because of the crushing and the large hitbox range. But, mainly, it is used for whiff punish and punishing opponents who spams highs a lot. This move probably sounds like a scam but, mainly, it's a tool to punish a lot of aggressive players
Well, it crushes and goes under a lot of shit, so if you got a half-decent read on your opponent, you’ll get a bit of mileage out of the move. TheFURY doesn’t show us any of the actually good combos though. These are all WAYYYYY too suboptimal.
qcf+4 goes under most of the highs, it has extremely good range, it's mostly used as a keep out same as lee's b4 and she has 2 BT parries for teleportation and punch reversal
this is not the max damage. max damage route qcf4 - bt f3b - bt b23 - dash b242 - uf 34 34 72 damage more better in starting with df2 only fak combo qcf4 - bt f3 - b22 - bt 34 - deep dash - b242 - uf 34 34 73 damage sorry for bad english

I agree with this, @TheFury, I'm a Raven user myself and these mentioned really are the max ones. There are actually other df2 combos I can help you with to fill your videos if you're interested :) Still, some of these things in the video are WONDERFUL!

Remember Williams mains, here's how to punish this move on block:
Anna: df+3331 to f+1+3
Nina: df+344 to ff+1+2. Maven can parry df+323.
