Thanks for this great video, Chef Bravo. I am a great fan of all your video work. I have found my pressure cooker with a wire tray and water under the tray steams beats in 20 min on low power setting. What I like is that I can walk away and not worry them 😀overcooking if I forget about them.
That's a good question. Baking typically happens at a higher temperature than steaming, so I'm gonna guess that there is a lower nutritional value. However, making them taste good is what I would focus on.

Can the beets be cooked in the oven, or do they have to be steamed? If the oven is okay, at what temp. and for how long?
They can be baked also at 350 F., until they are fork tender. It depends on their size.
