Anytime I'm in a mission that I'm not really ready for, (especially in ventures) I'll just throw on Base kyle & supercharged traps. Always useful for the team, the one downside is how easily you can die from lobber fart bomb/ acid pools/ etc
This is the exact load out I've been running these past few weeks. Seeing you make a video on it makes me feel good, like I'm finally getting this game lol. I just run ice king in lead. But should be mega base kyle honestly Edit: then I heard what you said about Electro Pulse Penny lmao
60 armor. Lol so idk exact amount but I was thinking roughly 35% damage resistance. When you have to be the bad guy to double correct but want the numbers accurate 😅🤓
37.5% so it was only off by 2.5% which I wouldn't correct but wanted to clarify he's right it's 60 armor but your correct it's almost 40% damage resistance.
Great video. Just alot of good information and explanation relating to constructors. The ease with which you were doing that 160 shows all you need to know.
this video read my mind for what I was doing earlier tonight. I really want the supercharged traps perk! I have tons of flux to get megabase Kyle but omg I didn't have the training manuals :-(
Something I said in a previous comment. Been waiting to get him for almost 6 months in a Llama, but haven't found him. Might just need to research him.
I've been looking in all relevant Llamas, but still haven't gotten him in almost 6 months of looking. I suppose I could just research him if I really wanted to.
Does rockin rift affect traps? If so battle beat could be very useful in support. And if you use a lot of energy traps like ceiling fields, cyberclops could be useful as he gives that little extra bonus damage every so often. Other good support options are mechanist harper for extra durability and undercover buzz for faster gadget cooldowns if you use lots of those. Or you could even run fleetfoot or Bomb squad for passive speed or armour if you are struggling to find useful support heroes
Can we just get Menace as a constructor with something about going constructor as perk like changing the hammer to a gladius , damage to energy and a 30 % + movement and attack speed but you lose the shield thing and do -70% impact with it
Do you have a video on what traps are worth supercharging ? Do floor freeze or tar matter from 130-144? Do you have a video detailing if traps that don't do damage are worth the supercharging?
so electrified floors and fully contained are basically space fillers for this Plvl, is there a recommendation for swapping to different hero's or do you think we are just stuck with that option. Maybe heavy base for Feel The BASE for knockback? And does hotfix work on power modulation?? or just player activated.
@@xMistaBeastxGames Oha, i was so sure he does. You never made a video (gameplay) with skull trooper. I love to play it with a weapon mix of shotgun (groundpounder), xenon bow, and potshot
there is a reddit post stating the bonus only does ~32% damage. Im not sure if it used to be a bug and they fixed it as the post is 3 years old. How Supercharged Traps ACTUALLY Works is the name of the post
@MrBeanthat's not how it works the values for each constructors gives the wrong value in game and if actually test it usually see what is wrong with it completely
Since this build is mainly focused on traps, I would suggest using Machinist Harper to make your traps last a little bit longer instead of using Thunder Thora or Electro-Pulse Penny in support since they arent as useful in higher tier zones like you said. If your using a different constructor team perk like recycling you could swap out Thunder Thora or Electro-Pulse penny with whatever you want but something I like doing is using Undercover Buzz for 20% Gadget cooldown reduction, using this with the Flag and Slow Field gadgets are great for smaller defense missions like Retrieve the Data.
For missions you dont really need her tho. Shes top tier for endurance tho but for regular missions i dont rate her. Undercover buzz is a weird one tho, i only use her for doing glitches in my storm shield bases. If you are relying on gadgets to win then you could have always just used more traps but i suppose its a good safety thing for less confident players soloing 4 player missions.
Hey i know you probably won't do this but you would get so many views i just discovered your channel looking for a updated save the world tutorial can you make a updated guide on for new players how to play i am a very old save the world player returning and everything is so much different now
I liked this. A question though: how does your B.A.S.E. interact with other squadmates? If there are multiple Constructors on your team, how should each of you build your load out to give the most benefit?
if you'd like me to post some crazy trap setups i've made on discord i gladly can if you have a certain location you want the screenshots sent too friendo. i love your video's and i love super compacted chain linked traps setups. i might make you a blueprint book of the styles and all there slight differences.
Frozen Castle on the back end is pointless.. Snare for weapon damage only. The b.a.s.e is about traps, which dont deal with snare damage. Survivalist is amazing. Due to all the trap kills, keeping you full health
@@xMistaBeastxGames late game agreeably has more ceiling traps than anything. And a lot of times its a bunch of electric ceiling zappers over/close to right over enemy spawn, with no floor piece's. Exploding deathbomb; i try not to even use floor piece's. I feel Rushed Rushed is a way better perk, to help stop smashers from hitting the walls as often. Snare now is taking up a perk slot, and now the weapon im using needs snare damage on it to, or itll all be pointless right. And then the weapon i switch to would need it as well. Seems like a lot of keeping track of for a perk thats honestly not used as much as hou think
@@klugenstein8389 I don't understand where you're coming from. This match wasn't death bomb. The floors were affected by the BASE. This means every enemy spent 15% more time to do damage from every trap.

Love the Constructor gameplay video, the on the fly trap guides are great. Plus I just love constructors, thanks again!
Don't forget beast, you can put wall dynamos on half and short walls. And putting them on short walls allows you to place a dart behind them
Yeyeye
Thanks for the video! I normally use the bftp constructor loadout you mentioned. Sometimes a constructor is the only thing that can save a mission.
Me watching this at 4 am😂

that’s almost a year ago
I actually use this loadout all the time, but instead of thora, I use demolitionist penny to help with whatever launcher I’ll use against the miniboss
Very good spawn!
I personally would've stuck some wall launchers on some ramps.
5:08 base give your builds 60% more armor
Oh shit nice

Traps activate rockin rift but traps aren’t affected by the rockin riff
I believe traps don't count as weapon damage, but it's worth trying.
2 tile of tire drop and floor launsher and job done
supercharged traps should be renamed cuz its confusing with trap superchargers. Same thing with boom bass and feel the bass but to a lesser extent
Oh ya. It is sort of confusing
Tyre traps go bouncey bouncey
Indeed!
i like using triple impact floor launchers to trigger massive numbers of broadsides.
Yes
I love your content ❤
bruh thats my exact loadout for category 4 storm missions lol
i always run supercharged traps on my defense constructor loadouts
Nice!

Could you put mega base Kyle in the support and Ice king in the lead to freeze smashers when they charge your builds?
Yes
Is there a point to supercharging the freeze floor at all cause when you try to upgrade it none of the stats goes up so does just add extra impact?
The increased impact helps on some enemies
Thanks
How do people build the tracks on their own builds?
Do more tires instead

you'd on't know how to trap
each trap has his use in a tunnel
But I trapped it perfectly and we won with full health...
I didn't mean you won't win but actually you could save more crafting items and use other to be optimal

I use wallspikes (the only traps I supercharged) and they're doing over 250k damage to husks that are hitting my walls :v
Not the best constructors pal his only for more cover on tiles
That's exactly what we need him for. I also never said he was best
I love you
