    Many learning professionals have known the Kirkpatrick Model as the most recognized evaluation method for workplace learning. However, Donald Kirkpatrick was not the only one with these ideas. Today, we discuss some of the history and Will Thalheimer's Learning Transfer Evaluation Model (LTEM).

    Good thinking in this model, but not seeing much new here. Kirkpatrick model is not a prescription either. The method of measurement should always be driven by the needs assessment for a training intervention. Asking "what does success look like?" can drive how you evaluate and what design will get you the results.
