As a life long Green Bay Packer fan and Life Long Blackhawks fan, I was more emotionally touched by the Stanley Cup victory than the Super Bowl victories.
@GhostSoldier77777 - thanks for the kind words! i am assuming you are a CHI fan. gotta give you guys props with the great job rocky wirtz did in taking over. rebuilding the fan base, relations with the ex-players, getting good mgmt guys in there. if dollar bill was still around CHI would still be in the dumps. that said, CHI should be competitive for years now that ownership is in good hands!

@ChristopherSaindon : thanks for the kind words. looking back CHI was in a hole with VAN and managed to take it to a gm 7 o/t. kind of similar with DET/SJ. in both cases the deficits were just too much for both teams. in any event i'm sure that both teams will take something positive from last year. CHI def has scoring ability and if their defence can tighten up along with crawford playing well, it should translate to a deep p-off run for CHI. Gotta say though, Campbell is way overpaid LOL

@WIUhockey28 have a heart man. the guy got hurt. even with DET having franzen hurt a lot, doesn't mean we will just get rid of him just like that. Kane should be ready to go b4 the start of the season. CHI has made some good re-tooling moves, so it will be interesting to see what will happen. I still think CHI will be a contender for the WCF.

This is either one of the greatest goals in history .......... or one of the worst. I honestly have no idea, but i feel the only reason its gonna be remembered more than other SCF ending's, is because of the god aweful awkwardness, not because it was a great shot and goal by Kane.
@WIUhockey28 sounds unfortunate. i was glad that he cleaned up his act from the buffalo cab incident. it was a shame b/c he should have never put himself in a stupid situation. about athletes (kane/anybody else) there is so much politics and b/s that it makes me want to barf. attitiude and ppl using others for personal gain. still i have to say i do appreciate kane's work on the ice and hopefully he will continue to grom up and mature on/off the ice!!
