Mal, love this tumbler. I'd love to try this, but I think I'm only brave enough to try a straight tumbler first!! Just wanted to mention for everyone here looking for that decal. I think that Beck McCormick has removed her shop from Creative Fabrica. I wasn't able to find that decal or any of her other decals or fonts on Creative Fabrica. I really like her stuff, so I'm sorry to see her stuff gone!

How do you price for sale when there are so many details? Love it!
Thanks! I try not to nickel and dime things. If a design is super complex I’ll increase the price a bit but for the most part I try to keep pricing consistent!
Did you seal the brown glitter before placing the electrical tape and the painters tape over it?

I loved this tumbler- definitely gotta make it. I do have a question, I tried making a tumbler and at the bottom curve it seems I never put enough epoxy but I pay special attention to make sure I’m getting that area, what am I doing wrong?
the bottom curve of tumblers is hard. you just have to keep building up the layers of epoxy to get the coverage there. thinner layers are better!

been watching all your video's today, why do you prefer the epoxy method for glitter application
In my experience it holds the glitter the best. With other adhesives sometimes the glitter just doesn’t stick super well but with epoxy method my glitter doesn’t really move at all after application!

Love the redo! When sanding before decals what grit sanding block do you use?

how long did you cut the yardlines for this style tumbler?
If I remember correctly I cut them between 7-8”. It’ll depend a little on the thickness of your cup with epoxy so be sure to measure!
@@madebymal_studio thank you I pretty much stay away from curved cups. So I wasn’t sure if you have to add on more for the curve. Ty again
What a lifesaver, Mal. My daughter, who owns a restaurant & bar, just requested 4 football tumblers as give-aways during her upcoming Halloween bash. Two will be team related and the other two will have her business logo on them! I'll try to remember & post to the fb group when I finish them. These will be my first time working with anything other than a straight tumbler! You wouldnt have a tutorial, or advice, on doing a V-split on a football tumbler, would you?

I don’t think I’ve ever don’t a v split on this shape of tumbler (or I can’t remember if I have lol) but it’s definitely possible. Let me take a look at my content plans and see if I can squeeze in a tutorial for that 🩷
