Yes, absolutely, but I would recommend you to do the online courses from coursera that I have pinned in the comments. This will give employers a chance to see that you have some knowledge of the field. Take an interest in luxury market and do your own research and you should be good. Show your interest and passion to work in this field in the job interviews and you should be good :)

I understand but can you change your subjects in 12th? I would say complete 12th grade in science and (if you can't change subjects) and then move to fashion and luxury UG degree programs. That would be a better path.

You can do masters directly but you must have some relevant work experience or knowledge. I would advice to start with online courses that I have suggested in the description of the video. That's a good head start for you.

I recently checked the dual degree programme in Masters in Brand and Luxury Management provided by Athena School of Business, Mumbai in tie up with Rennes School of Business, Paris. Can you please guide me if this course by this institution is worthy enough? I would be really grateful of your help regarding this.
I also checked this program....even had a talk with them on call....they are not asking for any entrance exam, neither CAT nor any other competitions. What they just need is our Graduation marks. So, this is the same question. Getting such a high profile PG Degree (with such an ease). Is this worthy enough to pay for this ?
I took the webinar too. They really don't sound practical at all. Also only 96% chances of placement. Colleges and universities in india provide 100% placement and still only few get placement... That's the case in india... Imagine abroad and they said tuition fees in India is 13.5 lakhs while in rennes including rent expenses it'll be 11.5 lakhs .... It doesn't make any sense. How living and education is cheaper than that of Mumbai? They are not even giving proper information and only bragging about "getting to study in abroad". They're not even being practical. And in webinar, it was said that 10,000 students from India went there but in pictures i only see like 10 students getting placement abroad. And they're only bragging about those 10. And paid intern in india will only be of ₹10,000... What can anyone afford in 10,000?And in this economy 10,000 for one person isn't justifiable! Also the main teaching will be in france, in india they'll just groom so that students will be presentable... Paying 13.5 lakhs to look presentable is no sensical. They talk about luxurious brands like Hermes, Gucci and Versace but check where students are actually getting employed. They see us as their customers and nothing else. And without proper guarantee and proper reasearch.... Don't apply!

Sp Jain offers a 6 months PGDM, there are others too like FAD Pune and pearl academy, Athena school of management all of them offers PGDM and only one university in banglore offers MBA in LBM

Luxury Brand Management is a great career but you can also do very well in influencer marketing if you like to work in this field.

You can pursue Luxury brand with marketing background and you can do Masters in this field to get knowledge and understanding of luxury markets

Generally these programs come with higher tuition fee. Try some state universities instead of private universities.

I understand but can you change your subjects in 12th? I would say complete 12th grade in science and (if you can't change subjects) and then move to fashion and luxury UG degree programs. That would be a better path.

You can do masters directly but you must have some relevant work experience or knowledge. I would advice to start with online courses that I have suggested in the description of the video. That's a good head start for you.

Hey Shirish! I hope you are doing good, I just saw your video and I was researching about this career option. I recently checked the dual degree programme in Masters in Brand and Luxury Management provided by Athena School of Business, Mumbai in tie up with Rennes School of Business, Paris. Can you please guide me if this course by this institution is worthy enough? I would be really grateful of your help regarding this.
I also checked this program....even had a talk with them on call....they are not asking for any entrance exam, neither CAT nor any other competitions. What they just need is our Graduation marks.
So, this is the same question. Getting such a high profile PG Degree (with such an ease). Is this worthy enough to pay for this ?
I took the webinar too. They really don't sound practical at all. Also only 96% chances of placement. Colleges and universities in india provide 100% placement and still only few get placement... That's the case in india... Imagine abroad and they said tuition fees in India is 13.5 lakhs while in rennes including rent expenses it'll be 11.5 lakhs .... It doesn't make any sense. How living and education is cheaper than that of Mumbai? They are not even giving proper information and only bragging about "getting to study in abroad".
They're not even being practical. And in webinar, it was said that 10,000 students from India went there but in pictures i only see like 10 students getting placement abroad. And they're only bragging about those 10.
And paid intern in india will only be of ₹10,000... What can anyone afford in 10,000?And in this economy 10,000 for one person isn't justifiable!
Also the main teaching will be in france, in india they'll just groom so that students will be presentable... Paying 13.5 lakhs to look presentable is no sensical. They talk about luxurious brands like Hermes, Gucci and Versace but check where students are actually getting employed. They see us as their customers and nothing else. And without proper guarantee and proper reasearch.... Don't apply!

Sp Jain offers a 6 months PGDM, there are others too like FAD Pune and pearl academy, Athena school of management all of them offers PGDM and only one university in banglore offers MBA in LBM

You can work after MBA. It's just LBM is more focused and lands you a direct job in the sector.
