I hold lots of Kaspa, it makes up 70% of my portfolio, but I'm extremely worried by the beta. Everything up till now with Kaspa has been smooth sailing but that was a shyt show. I know it's Kasplex issue mainly, and a beta, but it crippled the KAS network for a while. Shai and the team can gloss over it, but it happened and it's a big deal. It's not always FUD from outsiders, it's sometimes honest discussion. Otherwise you will get left holding a worthless bag. But it's also important to think that this is early days, it was mainly a third party issue and the teams have time to address it. Still worrying that the network was knocked out by it though. Kaspa team have said they will give a summary of the nuances of what happened (was it akin to a dust attack, API issue or something else entirely) soon.

Hi, thank you for your question. Kaspa is on coinmarketcap.com. Wrapped Kaspa is just a token that you receive, which stores value reflecting the value of the original Kaspa. It is not in fact a Kaspa. If an exchange where you bought it closes or decides to leave they take everything. They have your money which they can turn into more KAS and you are left with WKAS which is worth nothing. I never recommend leaving crypto on an exchange.
