That’s what u supposed to do when ur cooking for a large group. I can do 3-4 dishes at once with no help.

I always wonder if the food is too salty. I like my food well seasoned but I never use multiple spices with salt included. Please watch out for high blood pressure. Ms Dash is a good alternative to salted spices if you want extra flavor.

Yall shouldn’t reuse oil....it becomes carcinogenic when reused...leading to cancer, high cholesterol, etc. I know oil ain’t cheap, but just throw it out instead.
