Chana masala is a popular North Indian dish but nowadays it is cherised by most of the South Indian families. When in South India Chana masala is commonly served with Rumali roti, Puri.
Today I cooked this Chana Masala recipe and made it EXTRAORDINARY using MAGGI Masala-Ae-Magic, which is a blend of roasted spices like green cardamom, clove and aniseed which elevates the flavor and aroma of the dish.

The silicone sautu when used while frying gives out harmful substances into the food. you can see the froth when you are frying. Silicone sautu can be used at boiling water temperatures, but not when frying. Take Care. Love your recipes
