So many things you say... YES!!! Your point of view on slavery...spot on!!!! I've been saying that for decades. I do occasionally work for other people on a short term basis as home builder/handyman, and inevitably find that my clients try to turn me into their slave... telling me when, how,for how long they expect me to work, and how much they'll pay me. That's always the end of the relationship. I do better making things and selling them, though even there I find opportunists trying to enslave me. The programming goes deep! I believe that slavery is as old as "civilization"... which was a product of agriculture.

So many young people forget that guys like this have so much experience with life. Youths always think they are more capable in this era because its where they were born, and they don't spare a thought for the words of older people. Thanks for sharing Gary, I learnt a lot.

Positive mental attitude. Yep. Bang on. This video made me remember something. When I was very young, 5 to 7 years old perhaps, a relative gave me a book before moving to Canada from England. The book was a large leather bound and hand illustrated "The Tales of Robin Hood and his Merry Men". Sadly sold many years ago. I wondered for years who the relatives were - I never actually met them. The family surname was Brown and they moved to Ontario. I grew up listening to Rush from Toronto. Most of everything I learned about archery is from this channel. Wisdom from the West eh? Thanks Gary. Must come visit sometime.

Gary I love your archery lessons but to be honest I needed this one. I’m 45 and I’ve been on top of the world and for a while I’ve felt I’m on the bottom. Negative and shameful judgements of myself run through my head daily, hourly. I’m gonna change my thoughts right now. Sincerely thank you. I’ll let you know how it goes. It’s gonna work!! The beauty of archery is that it's a form of Mindfulness. You need good tuition to start, then you are on your own journey. While you may compete with others, you are still ultimately competing with yourself. And whatever pace you take is up to you.

Good to know that being relaxed in body and mind can easy the spirit of a man. I wonder the same about the spirit, the Holy Spirit, the spirit of God. What Gare talks about the face of the head being a reflection of the body he is directly in line with doctors practice. Good to know there is still good in all the world to counter all these evils. Keep up the good fight!

DEAR BARRY I AM SO SORRY FOR YOU. I TO SUFFER AS YOU AND MANY OTHERS WITH HEART BREAK. 39 YEARS. WHAT CAN BE SAID TO CONSOLE YOU. I WONDER WAS IT CANCER. OR HEART ATTACK. PERHAPS.
MY FIRST WIFE GOT PANCREAS CANCER AND DIED. WE HAD ONE SON I HELP. MY SECOND WIFE MET A GUY WITH A LOT OF DRUGS SO HE WAS MORE FUN I GUESS AND LEFT ME TOOK THE BOY THEN OVERDOSED. THE BOY IS COMPLETELY SCREWED IN THE HEAD NOW. I HELP HIM FINANCIALLY BUT HIS LIFE IS RUINED. MENTAL. HATES ME.
FINALLY THERE WAS MARGIE THOUGH NOT MARRIED WE WERE VERY CLOSE FOR 9 YEARS AND MARGIE JUST DIED OF OLD AGE. YES I RELATE TO YOUR SITUATION.
YOU CAN'T SLEEP BECAUSE THE MIND DRIFTS FROM ONE MEMORY TO THE NEXT. A REAL PROBLEM. SOMETIMES THINKING TO YOURSELF CALM, OR SLEEP CAN HELP YOU INTO SLEEP MODE. FINDING SLEEP IS REAL HARD I FIND. OF COURSE THERE IS BOOZE OR VALIUM FROM THE DOC. TRY THINKING ABOUT ONE THING. IT IS LIKE THE OLD IDEA OF COUNTING SHEEP TO FALL ASLEEP BUT THE IDEA IS KEEP THE MIND ONE THING RATHER THAN RAMBOLING HELPS.

HI BARRY I'M WRITING IN SECTIONS SO IT DOESN'T GET TO MUCH AND THEY DON'T PUT IT UP.
CRYING ALL THE TIME. BOY I WISH I HAD THE ANSWER. YOU KNOW THESE TECHNIQUES CAN HELP US BE MORE POSITIVE AND RELAX A BIT BUT HERE WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ACCEPT OUR SITUATION BUT NO ONE REALLY KNOWS YOUR PAIN. ADVICE IS NOT NEEDED WHAT DOES THE ADVISOR KNOW ABOUT YOUR PAIN. GRIEVING CAN TAKE THREE YEARS AND ONE NEVER REALLY FORGETS.
ADVICE LIKE MAKE SURE YOU EAT DOESN'T SEEM ENOUGH.
I GUESS YOUR IN YOUR SIXTIES.
I GOT A CAT. I FEED HER WHICH GIVES A ROUTINE. SHE IS WARM AND AFFECTIONATE AND SLEEPS ON MY PILLOW OFTEN PURRING. GOOD COMPANY. I DON'T KNOW IF YOU HAVE KIDS.
TAKE CARE BUDDY I UNDERSTAND IN MY HELPLESS WAY.
      YOUR FRIEND GARY

Hey Gary, i need to take things slow so i only watched first 1/3 of video and i think i have to try some of this out. The fact you showed me some real physical things i can do to help me feel better really just gave that extra little "ok lets try this"
My stomach is very bad in morning and im fixing it but having that little butt cheek :p spread is great.
So anyway what im getting to is, im really trying to think positive and repetitive. As i cant always tell myself exactly whats wrong and how to fix it, but i can smile and tell myself its gunna be a good day.
So i guess im saying you inspired me to start a mental change in my life that is long overdue.
    Thank yew.
