"Dreams come true" is not an official comeback. It is a remake of the 1998 song of the same name by S.E.S. The remake was produced by BoA and she also developed the choreo, which is based on the 1998 song. The subs in the robo-rap part are a "translation" of the in-print subs. This is also a reference to the S.E.S version, where this part was rapped by an animated alien. The fairy concept is also borrowed from the original. The S.E.S song is iconic and this remake is a huge thank you to the 1st-Gen. For me this is AESPA's most emotional song.
The flying robot with fast firing rap appeared coming out of nowhere and caught a lot of people off guard. It's borrowed from the original soundtrack, I also watched some clips where one of the S.E.S member spent quite some time help Aespa with the new rendition, literally word by word, line by line, Aespa girls have tremendous respect for S.E.S. The Aespa version is a little faster and more polished. At their debut a lot of haters said they cannot sing live but look at them now a lot of concert they make you can really hear them singing live now and the haters are nothing to say 😅
tbh most of the complaints was that they WERENT singing live, not that they physically couldn't. most kpop fans are aware of the SM standards of vocal training, and even early we were shown a few things where ninging and winter were clearly live and sounded good. They just.... didnt. And it was frustrating. I've been a My since day 1 and its a fair frustration to have, mostly with the company. Aespa really also came into their own as performers last year i felt like. Their stage presence is noticeably better.

The end of Black Mamba features a teaser for BoA's Better, BoA is a soloist who has become involved in the aespa lore, in the SMCU series which depicts their lore, aespa and their virtual counterparts called aes fight the Black Mamba with the help of Naevis, who appears in Savage and Girls. Naevis was living in a plane of existence called KOSMOS, but, she refused to kill the child of prophecy, who turns out to be BoA, so, she was cast out by the Gods of KOSMOS, KOSMOzens, to the FLAT to open the portal between the REAL WORLD and KWANGYA, the uncharted plane of existence where aes live. The reason I like aespa is that their songs are very unique. The story of the band is interesting and not boring. Aespa is the best debut song. There hasn't been a song I haven't liked since Aespa's debut. They are like thread leaders in the 4th generation.
