I figured out disc better then cups at first but hey lol took me 3 periods to get it so always wear liner with the cup well leanring i still even now that i got it i still wear liners lol
girl please be careful with the tom cup, i used it there are so much better ones, its so hard to get in and getting it out was impossible it took 2 hours. A much better cup is the intemina lily cup one ToT
I find push down well u push the sides to break the seal is best actually I find all cups can be a pain at times so I push down to help push the cup down and.break the seal a little trick to help
Yeah i was scared to do tampons as a teen took ke a bit to use them actually lol i even stopped for a while went back to pads lol 😆 now i own all lol pads tampons cups disc lol period throe out underwear and reusable lol so i can wear what ever i want now lol 🤣
omg the australian tampax tampons look so much better than the american ones. we have plastic applicators and the tampons habe titanium dioxide in them which can be bad for reproductive health😭

No but I have been tested and I do get a lot of low blood sugars but it’s weird. Thanks for commenting ❤️

Do you use panty liners as a backup for tampons.
I use them when I just finished or I have a very light day but u can also use the for a backup for tampons ❤️
