I had disassembled this printer almost after 10 years i don't know but there is Balck powder coming out of th black detachable part of the printer can you tell me what' that?

one defected my 3117 xerox phaser printer ......
More paper collected the printer and then jam the machine .... but one image print and manually supply one paper the machine the machine proper run,
please solve the problem or suggest proper way .
