This house is breath taking my dream house only thing I am concern about is that house is seating on the ground where it's possible over rain can easily slid in also some crawling creatures can easily slide in I like house to be little higher then ground may be for safe side 5 or 6 step higher then ground

I checked the comments, but couldn't find anyone mentioning maintenance difficulty over the space created between the double deck cover over the porch area. It is a perfect space for bird nesting and capturing dust and leaves. Perhaps the lower roof cover should have stopped a short distance passing the room and had the upper roof cover stand-alone over the porch.
I love the design. Very beautiful. Two things I am confused about are the shower and the outdoor appliances. Is the one bathroom a full shower room or is there glass? And are outdoor washers and dryers a thing that can pass code? Just curious?
Seems like a very nice floor plan and a beautiful decor. The camera effects to make distances seem longer bother me, though.I’d like to have a more realistic sense of the space. Plus it makes the sofa look like every seat is a chaise, and the doors look HUGE. LOL.
this is really nice! i've been enjoying vids of modest homes such as this one. house should be built this way. housing would be affordable and there would be more of it. there are so many homeless that need housing like this. governments should give arcitects like you contracts to build affordable housing instead of wasting billions on starting wars around the world.

Finally, a dinner table for more than 4 (the 4 inhabitants + 2 guests) but when everyone is in the living room, everybody (but one) is facing the tv... kind of hard to have a warm conversation like that.. But otherwise, a beautiful home
I would much rather live in this beautiful jewel than some huge 20,000 square ft mansion. This is perfect for one person or a couple with 1 or 2 kids, and yet have enough alone space!
Do you do request? If you do may you do A gated circle drive way, 3br, master walk in closet, open concept with long Island without a sink nor stove attached, private dining room, lap pool and ooohhh and jacuzzi outside the master bedroom. lol Big Fan and your channel is very relaxing. Thanks
My younger sister owns almost the same design and setup here in Ghana, in an estate called "Goldings Estates" around East Legon.... $200,000 in 2014... guess it should be valued at over $400,000 now in that area. Very nice, but hers comes with a swimming pool
