Hi Daniel, for me you are the best fashion/lifestyle vlogger. I have been critical of you in the past pushing your brand but on reflection why not, you have wonderful pieces (one day I will purchase one). I also respect you for putting in the part about how you can afford your pieces, it’s easy to fall down the rabbit hole of consumption and by you putting this into this vlog shows recognition and applying sense to purchasing e.g. sell to buy. I think it’s cool you add a disclaimer recognizing that it’s not necessary for the typical person to have a lot of shoes - so I’m curious to know if you had to trim your collection down to those you deem necessary, which would stay?
Dries makes some of the most comfortable formal footwear (derbies, boots) on the designer market. His shoes are lightweight, easy to break in, Goodyear welted, and reasonably priced. I can’t recommend them enough.
Summer outfits would be great, especially for going abroad.

Daniel, you are from England, the land of the best shoemakers. Those designer and fast-fashion collection is ok I guess but why don't you show us some Edward Green, Crocket & Jones, some Churchs, George Cleverley or Trickers? Some good shoes with goodyear welted and not glued one like those on video
There's a Church's loafer in 4:45, however honestly, if a shoe doesn't look good to someone, not sure there's a point in getting it in good year welted form? I actually got a pair of church's women's loafers once because I was in a 'Goodyear welted shoes only" phase and I thought at the original price of £400, it would be, I think even the sales assistant said it was.... It was glued 😤
I also keep looking out for more for my collection, but the amount of shoes where "my preference" and good year welted overlap is very low in quantity, must be hard trying to get fashion forward shoes that aren't glued.
