Dear Ruby, I always find your videos very helpful when I'm deciding on different bags. I also have a Siena PM, like you do. Between both the Neverfull PM and the Siena PM, which one do you like better? Which one do you find more useful and which one do you find yourself using or "reaching for" more often? I have been thinking about getting a Neverfull PM, but I already have the Siena which I find pretty useful as a work bag, so I'm not sure if I should get a Neverfull PM as well, since both of them are quite similar in size. Would appreciate your thoughts and advice, thanks!
+Brenbrenfashion Thanks for your comment, glad my videos can help! I love the look of both of the bags, but I do lean towards the Siena PM more than I do the Neverfull PM. I like the look of the Siena more, like the security of a zip closure and best of all.....the adjustable shoulder strap! Lol The Neverfull PM handles are too small to put over my shoulder and can get in the way when shopping and trying to look at things hands free 😀 But I always get comments on the Neverfull PM because everyone has the Neverfull MM! Dear Ruby, thanks for your detailed reply! I'm pretty small-sized, so the Neverfull PM handles can be worn on my shoulders, as well as carried top-handle or in the crook of the arm. And you're right, the MM is much more common and fewer ladies use the PM, especially in DE print too. I'll keep your comments in mind when I'm considering the two bags, and will certainly keep you updated --probably with an unboxing video of my own, haha! Thanks again!
Dear Ruby, I got the Siena instead of the Neverfull PM DE, because the Neverfull is out of stock in Singapore (and I believe in many other countries as well). There are several pieces of the Siena available in the boutiques, so I just decided to get the Siena. It's also less common than the Neverfull in my country. Thanks for sharing your experiences with the Siena!

Hi Ruby, thanks so much for this informative and detailed review. It is 2020 and I am browsing Neverfull PM reviews. I wanted the MM but looked too large on me. Saw the Pm and loved it but then saw the Siena and loved it too. Do you still wear your Pm? I see you have the Siena and also later added the MM. I am afraid that if I get the Neverfull Pm (really cute, looks nicer on me as I am petite and holds my essentials, and also it is less common), I will later want the Siena (the zipper, the strap, the top handles- all bonuses) or even the Neverfull Mm cause it will have more space to Rita a hat, umbrella, etc. what do you think? I don’t know if I can justify to have the 3 of them, or even 2, being all of them in Ebene. Thanks !
+Jv MS Its such an individual choice with handbags! I don’t have a need for a large tote, so for me the order I would buy the bags is Siena PM, Neverfull PM and I wouldn’t buy the Neverfull MM (everyone seems to have this bag!) again but can’t bring myself to sell it just yet lol 😆
I just purchased this brand new from the Beverly Hills Louis Vuitton and had it shipped. When I took out the bag was a little wrinkled and the strap handles do not stand up on their own? They flip down:( I’m very disappointed does anybody know if there is a truck to make the handle straps stand up?? My purse is brand new I don’t understand why they flip down
+Asusena Martinez Sorry to hear that! I would return the bag and for an exchange? I bought my bag in store and asked them not to fold it down for the box.
