Never knew 23% of Panzers that started Barbarossa were 38T's. Paper design that was 18.5 Tonnes. America reached the same conclusion as the Czech's and produced the M24 Chafee light tank . the T25 looks like a very balanced design.
Armor made of the steel plates connected with rivets is very bad. Rivets turn into the projectiles when armor hit by a shell. Same problem had US M3 Lee/Grant tanks.
I was watching the restoration of a Skoda built German Tank engine on YT. A cylinder head exhaust valve stem had been cut half though in an act of sabotage during assembly at the Skoda factory. This would have failed if it had run any longer. Brave engineer at factory.

The Skoda works, that would make a good video, looking into its history and factories. Thank you.
Skoda was part of Krupp during WW2
Very interesting video!

If it’s a choice between no armor or riveting which would you prefer?
That's a legend
Very interesting. Never heard of this tank design before.
Great job to come up with those stories!
Skoda made excellent HQ weapons for the german army!
Two man turret?? Not a good plan
