The first story only briefly mentioned what was happening with the dogs and didn't go into any kind of details so I didn't feel a full on warning was warranted. If I ever do another story involving animals in any capacity i will make for sure I include a warning prior to it just in case you want to skip that story. Obviously it's awful and sad what happened to the doggos but this is a horror stories channel its going to include things that could potentially be upsetting to you. There is time stamps in every single video I post so if there's ever a moment you don't want to continue listening to a story all you have to do is click on the description and press the next story and it will immediately take you right to it. Thanks & hope you enjoy the episode outside of that!
All good! I’ve heard way more gore and horror on some other channels, your stories are solid. But some viewers should know what to expect on horror stories and such.
The fact that you have to explain this is insane. A "trigger warning" on a horror story site? Somebody has lived such a comfortable life, they don't realize dangers exist, life and death dangers, and that if you're upset about hearing about dog fighting arenas.....just go back to Mr Roger's neighborhood where you're in your "safe space". To @Boozeandboos, I enjoy your stories. Thank you for the hard work you put in to bring them to us. Sorry about the rant.
Im currently in drug withdrawal...been using for 3 years and finally had enough and said i need help. Im on day 5 going on 6. I couldnt imagine withdrawing in the desert...I have to take a hot shower every 30 minutes because my stomach is so messed up.
I been there bro. It's hell but it is so worth it, and it will end eventually... You got this, hang in there stranger ❤ and yeah, i can't imagine that either.
Haven't listened yet except for the first few lines that this story is from the land suryeror from a previous story! This guy writes so well, so glad hes offering up more of his experiences!!! Love this!!!
24:57 My cousin Rob got hit in the leg by a piece of corrugated metal blowing in the wind like this. It sliced through his leg right above the knee and nicked an artery. Had another family member not been there and they not lived very close to a hospital he probably wouldn't have lived. He ended up requiring a blood transfusion. They saved his leg but it was a long recovery process. It's crazy to think about just standing there minding your own buisness and nearly being sliced up like bologna by mother nature and an errant piece of sheet metal. 😮
If you get lost in a desert of an Arab country and get found by local tribes, you will be treated like an honorary guest until they get you home, they will even refuse any money in return for their service.
I grew up listening to Mr.Nightmare and I haven’t been able to find another story teller that I enjoy until about 2 months ago I found you, I swear I’ve watched damn near every video you’ve ever made and I watch your new videos as soon as I get notified. Your voice is perfect for this plus I love the editing videos that you do where you get to be your goofy self. I really enjoy your content, keep it up man!
Love the story from the Land Surveyor, even though it was sad about the poor dogs. It really had me going when he found the pit and then 2 creeps around his truck. Man that was a lucky escape, especially when the 2 guy's bet you back to your truck. I hope you have more stories because they are excellent.
The story of the guys going through withdrawal in the desert was really poignant. I used to live like that a long time ago, so its interesting hearing about other peoples struggles.
Alright, watch out for sheets of metal blowing in the wind. The two substance users, i feel for both of them. That was a scary situation. Some natives say there are things that wander out in the country.
One of these stories reminded me of something that happened to me and a friend back in 2009. He was living in LA and I went to visit him. We were hiking along some walking trails when we heard a strange sound. I should add I'm visually impaired, so I'm not sure how that affects my perception of these events. But then my friend says to turn back and walk the other way. He informed me a swarm of killer B's were approaching. Now he does tend to exaggerate, he did later when he was telling this story to some girls later that night, but they were definitely Bees. I heard them buzz all around us as we walked. My friend told me to walk in the same direction as the swarm. It passed us by without incident, but that was one of the more intense feelings I ever had. My friend told me he had just seen something on a nature channel about bees a few days prior.
Story 3: what's scary is you don't really know what's real vs not when your on hard drugs like meth. I been 10 years clean but I still feel off about my experiences when I was on it. You can see terrible things happen but yet at the end of it because can say you were having psychosis and it wasn't real...you can hear things, see things..even when I got sober for a few days up to a couple of months I still felt dislusional. And then also the people you meet on this drug are absolutely evil. That drug takes every ounce of good in you and replaces it with sinister and evil..what I remember as a sticky hot mollasus like feeling all over you.
My sister and I ran from Havalinas. I thought we were just running from dogs but we got away somehow and that was with me slipping and tripping her at the same time😂 don't run in cowboy boots with slick heels.
Coyotes ate all, and they usually ignore/ avoid people. However, I have been “ hunted) by coyotes twice and it was f**king scary!!! They are wild animals and you know it when they’re sizing you up! 1. The first time my friend and I were walking her dogs. She was quite a bit ahead with Bemini the large flat coated retriever . And me with slow ass Flash the baser hound! I’m from San Diego and we’d just had one of the big fires so the coyotes were hungry. They we’re about to attack and was screaming for Bemini, they came to our rescue. The coyotes realized that they couldn’t take all 4 of us and took off. Let me know if you want the second story.
The two drug addicts in the desert, they spoke about lack of food, lack of all kinds of supplies. Never once did they mention water. As incompetent the one guy was in bringing supplies, I doubt they had any water at all. Never was it mentioned, which obviously is extremely odd.
I didn't think about it until reading a few of the comments. It only briefly mentioned it so I didn't think a full on warning was warranted. If I ever do another story that involves animals I was include one.
Okay, park ranger dude is doing Final Destination irl. Better get a restraining order against the grim reaper. First a swarm of bees (harmless, yes, but unsettling nonetheless), and then a random limb cutter zooming by in the middle of nowhere. Could have cost him an arm and a leg, or his head. Probably did cost him a new set of underwear, pants, and a deep cleaning of the car.
Land Surveyor guy has me going 🤔. He said he had acquired a new Glock 45. Did he mean the model 45 or the caliber was in .45? If he was referring to thr model, those didn't come out until like 2019 and his story took place in the 90s. I'm not calling him a liar but its strange.
As a recovered junkie, give or take ten years, I loathe the woman from the third story. Everything’s Blake’s fault - she has no agency whatsoever. I hope she finds recovery and learns to take some responsibility. She’s not a victim she’s a volunteer - her paranoid delusion that her boyfriend was going to sell her is just crazy talk. I’ve met so many histrionic women like this I’ve lost count
The word “jarring” isn’t a super common word but several stories I’ve read have used it lately, and several UA-camrs I watch have used it lately. Like past 4-6 months. This was like the word egregious. All of a sudden this word became more common like a year or 2 ago?
A fool announces his presence! Good Lord it's obvious that a vehicle described out in the middle of nowhere is sketchy. That was a dumb thing to do. He could h ave at least followed at a distance, killed the engine, and walked closer. Best thing is never to have followed the car in the first place. Far, far worse things have happened to people out there...
I won’t go near the deserts in AZ (Phx & surrounding) anymore. I used to love it but Biden made sure the deserts are overrun with groups you do not want to run into.
Oh I wish there would’ve been a warning for the 1st video. As soon as I heard dogs and a cpl words after that, I had to fast forward. I can’t listen to those kinds of stories. lol sorry
I love all dogs but my husband doesn't like/is scared of German Shepherds because at three he copied his dad, hit the dog and got his face mailed:( I'm like you love pitbulls so wtf?? I've been dumped from my mustang and other horses but I STILL love horses.
Still got that stupid .32 auto. At least you got a .45 auto like i suggested. (Ha!). Dog fighting is big business in the southwest and along with lots of cash trading hands, there is usually lots of drugs sold and traded as well.
Dude imagined some 3rd person there & a shady conversation, ditched his friend in the middle of nowhere and was upset his friend made it home. He may wanna rethink the who the villain in that story is
I have had ex fighters over years I can tell you why they didnt let them out on him because they would just went after each other they are not trained to chase people and actually like people raised fight and they lose alot losing a dog yes sad they dont have bad bait dog are ones to feel sorry for. And no didnt fight but have no what your dealing with having dog with issues never could take them around other dogs but were great with kids and wife best dogs ever had

I don't think it needed a warning. I'm sure it was far more graphic than what was in the story.
All good, man. It kind of took me by suprise, but I think the level of detail was pretty tame compared to what it could have been

Police came. That story was sad af
You hear the end of the story?
Poor Land Surveyor Guy! If his incidents were in the Same Week I would be getting a resume Together 😂
Ffs, the Vegas couple were maddeningly dumb. I really hope they got their shitt together!
I have a scuba diving story that still haunts me today. But I’m not much of a writer. Don’t think I could word it like these guys do.
Send it to the email in the video description and I'll write it for you
@ zackgraham6151 oh wow! Ok will do!!

Think I am going to sit down and try to do it this weekend.
You have a really nice voice
He does
Desert stories are so interesting to me and they are certainly few and far between always such a good listen🙏🏻🔥
Yass thanks Booze and Boos 🥃🥃
Yup. I love the Arizona desert, including camping. But like the surveyor, the illegal activity can be a scary thing.
This was some really good stories. All new to me. Great job boos! From a guy working in a warehouse in south Carolina you get 2 thumbs up !!!
The Vegas couple story is by far the best one I’ve heard in these kinds of videos! 😮😮😮
