Bro I purchased Xr and after 10 days I was facing an issue with screen so I visited the physical shop of Cashify and they identified the problem and next day they gave an replacement device and this device is far Better not even a single scratch even when it is fair condition they really solved my problem within 24 hours by giving me another device and i am from Pune MH

I had ordered nothing 1 superb condition prepaid and it's 6 days and not shipped yet. Tried contacting through WhatsApp, emails, phone number but no response. Only 2 times I got reply that too to wait for 24-48hrs for update. Nothing happening. I am stuck on this situation. Should have checked if there is a cancel option before placing order. Those websites with no cancel option is irresponsible companies
