35:09 I've figured out the way to get perfect 45-degree angles every time: Build a small fence at 90 degrees in the opposite direction from where you want to go. Then when you go back to your corner to find your angle, the fence will snap to 45 degrees. This has made obsessing over perfectly symmetrical habitats so much easier for me.
it's so weird that in the planet games you can shove rocks and objects into each other completely and yet in this game you have to have everything super far from each other
You can place things a LOT closer together in this than you could in the first game, close enough that you can make a fenceless enclosure using the rocks or some of the park decorations and not even the compies can escape.
What I've found by experimenting with the Dominance system is that the best way to have an uncontested Alpha is, if it's a species that can get the Aggressive trait, to mod its genes so that it also gets the Social and the Strong traits, then make clutches until you get an individual with Aggressive, Social, and Strong and incubate it. Then you make another clutch with unmodded dinosaurs. Release the single Alpha first, then release the rest, and done. Don't incubate any from the unmodded batch that has Aggressive just to be sure. If the species doesn't have the Aggressive trait, then do Social, Strong, and Defensive to get the highest Dominance stat you can reach, then raise another clutch as unmodded. Be aware that a dinosaur can have a maximum of three traits, so if you're raising dinosaurs with negative traits like Sickly or Needy then it might take several batches before you get the dinosaur with the traits you want.
This level is super money thristy had four stars and doing the moasasurus digs and got a storm and never recovered. Now using your playthrough as a strong guide keep up the awesome videos

Honestly for me I plan on building the Indo habitat on the other side of the map, with its own ranger team and a monorail only means of access. I just finished the Mosa mission and want to make sure the thing doesn’t ruin the whole chaos theory for me
in the jwe2 we have 2 slots, skin and pattern. So I would add 3 slot witch is model. I give an example on giganotosaurus 1.jwe model 2.dominion model 3. Fethered model 4. Accurate model 5. Male model Not female because every dino in jwe is females And you can change models skins

My BIGGEST hangup with this chaos theory is my amenities are always changing, one minute they're fine and as soon as i turn away they start bleeding money and no matter how i configure them they never make money, then constant tornados and storms ALWAYS break at least 7 or 8 different things instantly putting me in the red

I face a similar problem with the amenities where there not always stable at all 4 guest counts been satisfied,and I get hit by a twister as Im trying to recover cash from incubating the Mosa and raptors that gets me in the red and I cant repair the damage from it. I might just be having bad luck but Im curious to see what you do to pull though this part.
Late comment, but the reason you never feel like you need better fences is that the game gives you enough info to make sure the animals are completely comfortable and if they are they NEVER try to escape aside from storm damage.

it would be cool if you could release the dinosaurs with diferent skins for example you want to release 2 rexes but they have diferente skins like the buck and doe skin you pick the 2 skins and then they release with a diferent skin isint that a good idea to add to jurassic world evolution 2¿
When the storms happen the storm isn't breaking the fence, the raptors are breaking it. Thats why the raptor's fences are the only ones getting broken.
It's too bad they don't have 45 degree fence snaps, the 90 is nice and the lines help, but 45 is pretty common angle to use too. Hopefully an update someday adds that
With raptors the light fences are trash in this game , they either snap the fence or go over the top , friend had a Carchar just decide to break out and was hilarious as it ran through half the paddocks snapping fences and letting everything loose , and done right Amenities make money a non issue , I was at 89 million spare at Raptor section of this CT

I have finished this challenge myself, but I was curious to see how long it took your park configuration to achieve it, so quite disappointed to dedicate 2hrs watching a series without a final chapter. The whole scientist and egg system seems like unnecessary busy-work compared to the first game. Having to send Scientists on lunch/holidays instead of it happening automatically, really?
I absolutely hate how they hid the skin information. I find a good skin combo but I can never remember it because they make the color names so gibberish they are not intuitive. Like why can't they just be "rainforest Blue" "Mangrove green, with Orange pattern"
Why is it so important to make sure everyone knows things about you that they don’t care about or is really nobody’s business? Why don’t you have the common sense to get scientists that REDUCE COSTS? It's mostly an engine limitation caused by the addition of the consoles as far as I know.

I love how the T-Rex is perfectly chill in the middle of storms/twisters, but raptors, they go absolutely mental, even during just a regular storm.

The skins also affect the model, if you pick the 1993, 1997, or 2001 skins for the raptors the models also change to the ones from those films.

For the 45° angles - first make a 90° angle (in the opposite direction) and the game will show you the 45°/135° dash

My suspicion is that the presence of the pattern makes a difference in dominance.
The big mistake I kept making was looking at the views and never remembering to add hotels because the views don’t reference them.

The ability to click on the stars to get to the park rating screen seems to be disabled in this one. It still works in Challenge Mode.
