    My sister and I worked together on many parties and weddings in the 80’ s and 90’s. Seeing you two sisters together makes me nostalgic for those times but sad that we used so much floral foam.
    I wish we had been growing flowers like you but who even thought of it back then. This is a great time for fleuristry .

      That's so lovely to hear Leslie, thank you for your kind comment. It must have been fun doing flowers in the 80's and 90's! I'd imagine there was nowhere near the amount of information about floral foam available then. The Sustainable Floristry Network and designers like Shane Connolly have really pioneered this movement away from foam and raised awareness, it's an exciting time and hopefully one of positive, albeit slow, change in the industry.
