My hands are need to be replace by a wire stripper. Wire stripping machines cost a lot of money, even the hand held ones. That's a lot of copper you got in so little time Phil. Can't wait to see you strip that big chunky copper. Thank you !
That's a nice stripper. I hate stripping that low grade wire, but such is scrapper life. I try to tweak the setting so I don't cut into the wire and make all that "fuzz," but when you have a lot of mixed wire types, there's little you can do. Thanks for sharing.
Phil, I have a smaller one, I think they're made to strip solid core wire. Mine does the same thing on braided wire and it doesn't matter what dia.it is. #14 is the smallest itll do. Yes, it makes a mess to do stranded, but it's still worth it ,as far as I'm concerned. Good show, keep on scrapin.
Hello there greetings from Montreal Canada 🇨🇦 my own curiosity of your wire stripping machine Name and model numbers please and is it Canadian made?😃🍺👊🇨🇦
Great Wire Stripping Session - Great Stripping Machine - Great Job - more Money for stripped Wire - again it makes Sense !!!! We Love it and keep Safe and many, many Cheers from us here in Australia !!!!
I think it's just one of those things, if you've got the time than yeah of course it's worth it to sit there for 6 hrs and strip wire on a saturday. But if you can make more money driving the alleys for 6 hours grabbing metal than maybe you just bring it in as is and let whatever industry strip it themselves? I dunno. Nice change of pace though. I like your machine.
Here in the states I know fact you don’t make much more stripping wire than just turning it in insulated. I agree with a wise man that told me only strip wires thick as or thicker than your pinky.
If I ever get a nice lot of wire that needs stripping I give my mate in the scrap yard £20 and he does it for me!! I don’t get good amounts of strippable wire that often, that’s probably why he doesn’t mind doing it for me. Great machine you’ve got there. Very quick and easy by the looks of it. Does it strip armoured cable??
I cant strip wire now my granulator needs a little upgrade so i can proces some wires faster and more easy only problem the mecanic has no time right now
Enjoyed this video, so nice to see all the wire stripped.
It's a great wire stripper!!
Thanks Phil for new video regard 👍👍👍👍🇸🇬

Could you put a dimmer switch on wire stripper to control the speed?
I will have to look into it
It’s not the machine is how the cable is made
Don't mix tin wire with bright wire is less
all small wire horse hair or small wire & even tinted is all #2 #1 has to be bare with no tint & larger wire, Could also sell as bright & Shinny
