If you read their book, the band said that the attitude of brian is so aggressive, maybe in his decisions, they respect brian, for QUITTING the band (he said, because of his family and wife "kerry katona" but a few months ago he release his Solo Album! Take note, he quit 3 weeks before their concert Turn Around Tour 2004, many of their shows are cancelled (even the tour in philippines) the remaining four had so much struggle to continue their career, but because their love the band and each other, they continue as four! We respect brian, but we hope that many of the fans respect the decision of four as four. Don't look for brian, because westlife is westlife with or without brian. (And lastly, among the 5, brian is not successful of his lovelife, he got 2 spouse already, and i dont know why)
