For people that what's to make brigadeiro, is actually easy. To prevent it from becoming so sticky, you have to leave it on the heat for longer, eventually it will get thicker. Just be careful, it can get thick so much that if you cook it too much and put it in the fridge, it becomes hard to the point where you can no longer roll it up. PS: Doesn't need that much of cocoa powder. Just one can of condensed milk, a table spoon of butter and 2 to 3 table spoons of cocoa powder (get the version without sugar, just 100% cocoa, the condensed milk is already too sweet)

Your issue with the cocoa powder recipes was your cocoa. The walmart brand has additives, which will alter your recipe. Next time try Hershey's Pure Cocoa.

You can sometimes eat things you are allergic too, it all depends on how allergic you are to the ingredient/food and what your reaction is it. Obviously if you go into anaphylaxis then avoid at all costs. But sometimes eating something you are allergic to can give you a stomach cramp, headache, make you tired, etc. So it all depends on the person.
i think alot of ppl if they were allergic to cirtusy fruits, its due to their peel and not the actual flesh! for example, avocados, their peels cud b allergic, cuz they have latex, and so if u allergic to latex, be careful of the peel!

I'm glad you stood up for the wrap woman's recipe! People always come into these recipe videos excited to slam people, and to be fair I can totally see people having trouble with the recipe if they didn't blend it enough or didn't have the equipment that could do so.

With the biscoff dish I have a tip for adding the biscoff spread to the whipped cream. Fold it in with a silicone utensil. Metal will cause deflation, and stirring will cause more deflation.
That's good to know, I always wondered why chefs use a spatula for folding. We were taught to use metal spoons instead of wooden to fold in, cause they're thinner. Maybe my teacher was pre-spatula era.
On the popsicles, just run them under hot water for a bit. That’s what we did when I was growing up. Also on the marshmallow thing, if you ever do it again maybe use more cocoa powder to make it more thicker so it won’t be runny. Love your videos!!!❤

Raphael, I think your skin is just extra sensitive to acid, lemon juice is acid, LOW level acid... but acid. rinse your hands after handling, it should at least be way less of an issue. Still might be there... but less there and goes away faster. Also on the pos, instead of a hair dryer, just turn the hot water on, and let it run over the outside part of the popsicle molds. ok? Not for very long, you'll see when the 'seal' kinda releases. about a second each side, probably. That's what we always did anyway.

My gran would get an allergic reaction if she peeled oranges but not when she ate them. If someone else peeled them for her, she would get a reaction

You should have used the leftover lemon in a graham cracker pie crust. Freeze it. Whipped cream in top.
