I have major Anxiety as well, have had it all my life. I have OCD too. I hate it because people that don't understand will just tease me about it and it's like I completely understand. Being in crowded places that have just sooo many people, it gets overwhelming. Also those were some great finds today! #busygoodwill

This is for Dani! Dani, we need to have a little talk... I know you are a creative person, and I am also very artsy, crafty. Please tell Dave, there are a thousand and one things he can use coffee mugs for other than drinking out of! He has passed up on so many mugs that he really wanted.... I have told him, pencil holder, utensil holder, things in the bathroom like cotton balls, toothbrushes, razor blades can all be stored in mugs. They can also be used for things kept on top of a dresser such as keys, small jewelry, ect. They can also be put in drawers as organizers. You can use them as planters.... he needs to open up his creative mind! LOL

That's why barely leave the house. Doesn't it matter if it's morning or night, all stores are always packed. My anxiety goes through the roof. Not to mention a lot of the goodwills in the area anymore or trash stores . A lot of disrespectful people up here in Pa , always finding ripped bags with stuff falling out of them , people opening boxes and packages and not closing them and just leaving stuff out on the shelf. Especially Pottstown I know a big surprise there.

I totally miss 24 hour Walmarts. I used to go at 2-3 AM in the morning to avoid people. There were always some at that hour, but never enough to trigger me. Now I barely go to Walmart as it seems never is a good time. If it's not the customers, then it's the employees about to run me over with their online order fulfillment carts. Luckily my local Thrift Shop isn't crowed enough to trigger me.

I can understand the anxiety.... I have been stuck inside for so long, that last year when I had to go to the hospital, I had a panic attack, being wheeled to the ambulance.... I felt very unsafe and very nervous being outside....it was too open. Not the same thing as a crowd, but I do understand how things can make you feel.
