I love that shot of the spinning ceiling fan at the end! On distant shots you can often see remnants of the building's former fixtures and fittings and one wonders what they were or who used them. On a Russian demolition video of apartment blocks, for example, one could see right into a room complete with pendant lights and their shades.
Thanks, John. This is a good one. It's fun to watch the continuous action of an operator who knows what he's doing and just does it.

Ending with the spinning ceiling fan was a great shot!
This operator seems to know exactly how to take apart the structure. Good job!
excellent shooting angles
he's the best operator i've ever seen
I am sure this is not as easy as it looks. I am fascinated with demolition. The device looks like a prehistoric raptor.
Top Operator
Do you sort the debris or load everything in bins? How do you get the metal out of the debris?
parabens a esse operador. Deve ser valorizado. Excelente profissional
Where did this demo take place? Was this a hospital? Fascinating to watch.
Reston, Virginia. It was the Lake Anne Fellowship House, for senior housing.
@@JohnZWetmore thank you. I really enjoy your videos.
Buildings have a lifespan of about 50 years, amirite?
Nope! A built like that can be rehabilitated. Might need new systems, new windows etc. I presume that the building "program" no longer works.
