Where are you getting the shield at the beginning that allows you to survive the first attack?

2nd Lindwyrm fight has fixed damage dealt to your team at the start of every turn. 2500 HP damage to Water units and 5000 HP damage to non-Water units. Increase your max HP to survive.

Thanks, that makes sense! But your screenshot of Iphi only shows her with 3500 hp. How is she surviving after taking 5000 damage at the beginning?
