Raw is only healthier for seafood, because red meats are harder for you body to process raw. So it is good you are cooking your steaks well done-besides it means less chance of catching salmonella.
Seafood is my all time favorite and this made me go out and buy a bunch of seafood!!!!!!!!!!!!
