The Twin-Cities in MN, is a hard to work or succeed place, too many rules, permits and obstacles to open a mobil restaurant, and I don't know what is the reason, but I take it might be the extremely short seasons (Summers are 3 week longs...lol) but I know the Magic Bus Cafe is moving their business to Colorado, so I will miss them, they are great!
