Best of Best is to have both.
But if you're reading this comment on Feb 2024 don't buy none if them due to brand new models are coming very soon (instant 360 x4 and GoPro 13)

Video quality and stabilization are way better on gopro. Gopro has so many settings to make countless high-quality videos. More bang for ur buck
