  • Since I tried this recipe, I have never fried fish again. I do it like this, I bake it in the oven and everyone is happy. The house does not smell of fried fish, there is no splash of oil... The crust is golden, crispy and the middle is incredibly juicy and tasty. Be sure to try it, you won't regret it.
    ● INGREDIENTS ●
    Hake
    salt
    cornflour
    sweet paprika
    dry spice Vegeta
    oil
    Bake at 200 C for 20 minutes on one side, turn and bake the other side for another 20 minutes. If your oven is strong, then adjust the temperature to 180-190 C
