Haha. I mean I could continue, but 6 weeks is enough I think! Plus; I really want to focus on trying to grow a bit. A mixture of one off RowAlong workouts, proper introductions to the plans I already have and some review videos will be the next few weeks. And a 2k journey too.
Despite being down at 2k + 25, I still spent most of the row in zone 3… think I’m more of a ‘2k + X’ protocol kinda guy. Anyway, you mentioned doing something different over the summer months… so what about taking the erg on tour to some of Scotland’s most picturesque locations while giving us a little history of the area? #getfitwithrowalong
Hello. I already to a 1,000 stroke workout and it takes me around 45 mins but without a 4 min warm-up so it's pretty much the same as this one. But I don't know the distance done cos my gym has not managed to replace the batteries in the Concept 2 in 6 months despite our continual complaints.
