The cost per B-2 was a result of cutting the number of aircraft bought. With only 21 being bought versus 100+ the cost per aircraft skyrocketed.

I was strapped into the webbing of a KC135 during an actual Fuel transfer. I never thought I was doing something dangerous. It's a testament to how trained everyone is. Now in my mid 60's, I look back & think we all could have died from 1 little spark.

ah, no...USAF C-40Bs; the USAF uses Boeing 737s, often for transport of the command staff. The IL-96 has four engines, take a closer look.
