I really appreciate the shoutouts to both of my crews! I was at Millennium Force the day you were there and Raptor is my main ride! We are trying our absolute best to send trains and we were so glad you noticed!
Member of the Millie crew here thanks for all the kind words about our operations we are trying our best! Shout out to my shoes at 3:39 that's me! The Millie crew loves you Ryan but a lot of us didn't recognize you due to the hair color
To the guy at Cedar Point on Thursday wearing the El Toro Ryan shirt. Saw him in line for Millie and yelled to him to tell me about block zones. He had the whole speech memorized and yelled it back at me. Dude, you made my day!
Because of a show near the iron dragon in the evening so it always closes early compared to everything else, but I haven’t seen the whole video yet so I don’t know if that what was going on.
Yesterday, Father's Day, trains on SV were passing each other at the bottom of the first drop. I never saw that before. 80 second dispatches. 4 rides in less than 40 minutes at around noon.
Since last summer, I've become a huge fan of yours, and binged the whole channel while on lockdown. I was always too intimidated by roller coasters to ride one. I rode my first coaster (Medusa at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom) as soon as I was vaccinated. I chose that as my first specifically because I was too afraid to ride it when I was a kid. 3 days from now, I'm going to Knott's Berry Farm for the first time, and I'm riding every coaster in the park. Here's to you, Ryan, for instilling in me this horrible addiction.
holy shit and medusa is such an intense ride, good for you! i was the exact same way, i was so scared of rollercoasters, and then i went on one 3 years ago and i’ve become obsessed. i live close to a six flags so i go every chance i get
1:30 I've seen much hot/cold reaction to Valravn. I've been on a few times and it's definitely one of my favorites in the park. It's so smooth and unique. If you ride in the front row or the back row, you're in for a treat.
@@gicueN17R0 Well if he was 10 years old in 2000, then he's 5 years younger than me.. But ain't nothing wrong with being an old fucker. Lol you're only as old as you feel.

@@gicueN17R0 No, based off his birth date he entered in the SV locker I'm 19 years older than Uncle Nate. He was 10 in 2K (if he went before his B-day in Aug), while I turned 30 that summer, so looks like I got you by over 10 years. Sorry if your health limits your rideability, I find only travelling backwards (and particularly coming to a quick stop like an Intamin Impulse coaster) as the only noticeable limitation. I still do them but they aren't my favorite re-rides!
Steel Vengeance crew is absolutely insane this year. The lines have been so short and that thing has been hauling like I’ve never seen. I could handle 3 rides yesterday in a row before I needed a break, and some water. Lol.
@@SanduskyShots yeah, that’s kinda the norm for that ride. I guess they were trying to break some sort of record earlier in the season so they were dispatching incredibly fast. The past few times I’ve been, this has not been the case. Still good, but nowhere near that level.
The ops looked very good that day, although after they hired a lot of new employees, the ops are a lot slower. But with rides with experienced crews were sending hard.
That was my experience at Knott’s a couple weeks ago. Silver Bullet had the worst ops I’ve seen in my life. A lot of the other coasters were really bad, too. But HangTime had beautifully efficient ops.
Yeah ops were bad today. Pained me to watch a guy finish his side and a girl only be halfway done. Millenium crew was trying to haul some ass and so was raptor but they still were struggling. Wait times were stupid today, ended up getting fast passes.
new employees are better than no employees. parks all around are suffering due to staffing shortages. i’m glad cp has gotten a lot of new people. the employees are so overworked it’s crazy, but a huge thank you to those who are giving their all from park opening to park closing
the new lockers of SteVe look absolutely awesome! also, the footages of the ride from the new angles look really really nice! So glad they modified the lines so we can take footages inside the queue now!
I saw you and Uncle Nate in line for SteVe in the morning and shouted hello, IDK if you remember me I looked like a turbo-nerd with the phanny pack, glasses strap and everything, LOL! It was cool to see you guys in the park after having watched your videos for years! Keep up the funny stuff :)
Was Mike disappointed that there wasn’t an S&S 4D free-spin present? Joking aside, great video! Thank you all for the continued joy you bring your viewers, is it truly can be a bright spot on otherwise dark days.
Went this year for CoasterMania. Had some amazing rides on my precious Magnum! The air time was beyond wonderful! Got some awesome anniversary merchandise, including 60+ of the buttons and a beautiful print of the original 1989 Magnum ad! And you're right- it's so unfortunate how the Magnum line is always empty. It's better than any of the others. But at least that means you can just walk on over and over again!
Went last week and finally got to ride steel vengeance for the first time because it always seems to be broken down when we go. Ride was sick. Raptor still my all time fav. Ridden it so many times and it never gets old ever
0:43 I didn't know this until much later but if you're a gold/platinum season pass holder you don't need to wait in that regular Main Gate line with the other cars until 8:30am. You can actually head in on the left side and then there's a dedicate lane on the right that will say something like "Passholders/All Cedar Point Traffic". That's the lane you want to use and get into the main parking lot and into the security line early.
Last night was Associate Ride Night at Steel Vengeance. Got two rides (rows 4 & 6), I’m a changed man. Wanted to get somewhere further back, but nope-too busy
Brought back some fond memories hearing you mention the opening year wait times for Millennium Force. I Would’ve been 13 and can remember waiting all the way back under the frontier town tunnel, and bringing a deck of cards to kill time in line. Took +/- 6 hours to ride MF and Mantis. And when we thought that was bad, fast forward a few years and the line for Dragster went back to Iron Dragons fence line. Think it took 4 1/2 - 5 hours, all the while hearing that “Sunday, Sunday, Sunday” spiel and the Baby I am Ready to Go song played 1000 times. Then those two getting cutoff by a ride-op every 30 minutes with the “TTD is currently down due to mechanical issues…) Man, good times.
Just went here on the 28th and for the first time got fast lane plus (this is one of my true home parks, it’s a 2.5hr drive for me living in PA on the PA/OH boarder here, and the crews were sooo on point that day! And super professional when a guest got sick on raptor on the train we were supposed to board next actually. Thanks for your awesome work Operators/Crews of EVERY coaster there (I only road the coasters really lol)
I’ve gone to Cedar Point yearly for basically my whole life and Magnum is my favorite! There’s something about the hand bent track and those airtime hills that give me so much life! Still haven’t been on Steel Vengeance but I got to ride the Mean Streak trimless one night!
💛 uncle Nate, I'm.a 1974 vintage too! Rode Magnum the year it debuted. I'll never forget my younger cousin praying the rosary the whole way up that lift hill 😆

Good stuff I will be absolutely going through all of these videos Love the channel

So are the restraints on Steel Vengeance unforgiving as hell? I am 6'3" and around 270 lbs (all my extra weight at the waist unfortunately). I couldn't get a green light on Storm Chaser at KK.

My family bought gold passes and have been there 3 times so far this summer. I'm glad I got to ride gatekeeper before it broke. Hope it's fixed soon. It's a fun ride that doesn't get enough love.
Great video guys. Glad your luck was better than mine. I went this past Sunday to horrible opps and more than half the coasters closed. Weekends seem to suck at the Point this year. Even the new Snake River boat ride was down. Kings Island for the rest of 2021 for me.
