About the eyebrows, you should pluck in the middle if you have a monobrow, there are some eyebrow care videos for men on YT (thick or thin eyebrows, you can't do much...). Eyelash care videos may help a bit, but changing eye area or shape probably isn't possible even surgically, there might be some procedures but risky. Maybe nose can be improved by some facial exrcises and avoiding toght masks (?). Honestly these features are genetic.
