In the gripping world of The Young and the Restless, an escalating Newman-Abbott feud takes center stage, with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) set to make waves. I don't know why they always got to go to Adam's house to call Conner. That's Sally's house too.
😂 I don't know why they always have to video chat with him together. If I were Sally, I would be sick of seeing Chelsea at my house all of the time.
That's probably how they get caught, Sally walks in on them.
That is what I said from the go.Everything Adam gets about Connor is thur Chelsea. Chelsea is a hustler. She is a schemer from way back. That is why she started crying when Sally said she would walk away from Adam if It would help Connor. Chelsea wants to break them up. Remember, she was sleeping at Newman, and Adam and Sally fell for each under her nose. This is payback. I believe she put Connorup to help her, too.
Summer has a problem with everyone. Daniel spoke in her defense to Kyle, and she snapped at him and told him to stay out of her business. She is jealous of Claire's friendship with little Harrison. She stormed out of Crimson Lights after a conversation with her parents. Her attitude is horrible.

@chrisherrington131 Me too. Hunter's version of Summer was a lot better. Less whiny, not as bratty or miserable and more tolerable.
@@MsBlue049 in all fairness, the actress is just playing the part as written, whether it be Hunter King or Alison (sp?) So whiney or bratty or spoiled, whatever, would come off from both actresses.

@@stacey8420 You are right. The character changed when Hunter left and I think that could be the problem. Hunter's Summer had issues too, but her Summer was more likeable.
The resurrection of old fighting between Jack and Victor is just lazy. I hope Kyle gets his son.
All the plots are lazy. How many mental health breakdowns can one show have AT THE SAME TIME? How many unexpected sexual encounters between couples who previously weren't showing any sexual attraction between them? How many pointless breakups? How many times is Billy the Non-Businessman going to be running some company? I quit watching and just hang around here in hopes the writers get kicked to curb and some fresh blood gives us real and captivating storylines.
I really hope someone steps up for Sharon SOON we need to get her Help and Support for her family and mental wellbeing!!

If Tara returns, at least it might spice up this soap, but Josh Griffith would probably under utilize the opportunity of a good twist to the story, as he always does. He missed so many good opportunities to really carry the story.
I've been mentioning that, too. She's been locked up long enough for a white collar crime and her return would add a legit conflict, not just a faux-manufactured one. But that would make too much sense for a writing crew that can't find it's way out of a paper bag.

I think it's bad writing, Belynda. The fight between Jack and Victor has no merit. I never understood the reason. Jack saved Nikki. So, it's just very poor writing and no reason for a feud. I also don't see a judge awarding anything to Summer. She not bio and no leg to stand on. It's not like the kid is being abused, neglected or anything by the bio Kyle. More poor writing.
She could once Tara giving up her parental right
The writers don’t really have a storyline for Victor right now so of course he’s going to stir up trouble where there is none. The best that I can guess is that he’s mad at Jack for being the one to save Nicki instead of Victor. Victor thinks he’s smarter and stronger and just overall better than Jack so the idea that Jack is Nicki’s hero really irks Victor. Think about it, Victor’s whole self image is based on the fact that he’s this world renowned business tycoon who is feared and respected by everyone not to mention that he always thinks he knows better than anyone else that he deals with. So what happens to that self image when he can’t help his own wife? What happens to that self image when his business runs beautifully without his constant input? What happens to that self image when his family acts like the adults they are and live their own lives? No, no, no that absolutely will not do. So we’re stuck with this lame nonsensical storyline to suffer through until Victor feels like he’s back in control of everyone in his life so his self image remains intact. 🙄

A long time actress on this soap should have been given a strong storyline, not pouring coffee, giving advice, and now dredging up more of the same mental instability crap that seems to affect quite a few in GC. Must be something in the water there!!!

I am tired of these horrible storylines on the Young and the restless why is Victor so mad at Jack for helping Nikki get sober? I agree that the way he handled it shouldn’t have been the way because he put his own sobriety at risk to help Nikki but he did help her. He got her into rehab, but for some reason you wanna blame Jack for everything and regarding Adam and Chelsea, what the hell literally what the hell you spent all this time trying to get back with Sally and it took a good minute for her to trust you again and now you cheat on her once and possibly twice this time around when she finds out she’s gonna be completely done with you and we all know that this thing with Chelsea and Adams is not gonna to last because whenever they get together is good for certain amount of time, but it always blows up on their face and it gets really messy they always go back-and-forth for each other there a very toxic relationship and they wonder why there son has so many problems it’s just ridiculous the back and forth between is old and tired move and be happy for Christ sake 🙄

What a idiotic story to have two people that are divorced long time & now in love with other people, jump into uncontrollable lust because of their concerns over their teenage son's longtime continued emotional issues that's being treated by professionals 24/7, is by far one of the dumbest excuses out there.
If the story is headed toward "a little somethng-something" between Kyle and Claire, please start dressing Claire like a trendy young woman instead of like an English Nanny. 😊😊
Remember her background. No matter what she wears, she doing a great job as the character continues to grow & adapt. She doesn't have to be wearing flashy or cut-out garb like others do to establish who she is. Nice to see for a change.
I hope claire is getting through to her sister. Cuase that little girl could be telling claire something to seperate her from her mother. I dont trust that little mean girl.
I agree that there's a mean streak or something in that little girl, something just seems "off" with her. And also, to me, she looks like a small adult, not at all looking like a teenie bopper.

Victor needs to realize that he doesn't rule over everybody, Billy needs to put him in his place. They don't need to write the script to where Summer has a say in Harrison's life except what Kyle allows her to have. She's not a legal guardian.

It would be interesting if Diane decided for the good of the family, to step out of her CEO position and offer it to Kyle. It would screw up Victor's plans and might make Kyle reconsider moving.... just ideas

Victor's plan to destroy Jack may blow up in his face. Kyle maybe a spoiled brat, but he's finally realizing Victor is using him and Audra. Adam trusts Chelsea...he won't hurt Jack and he may just tell his siblings the real reason Adam wants him at Newman Media. Please let Victor be exiled from his family.

Victor is a selfish pig and it would take me about 3 seconds to decide to never work for him…if this was real life and I was his kid. He’s also too old to play these childish games! It makes me so mad that he’s totally disregarding what’s going on with Connor and only caring about putting Adam in charge to take Jack down. Now we see that Victor doesnt want Adam to get along with his siblings because he’s clearly trying to ruin that bond that’s recently developed among the siblings. The Newman kids appear so dumb since they’ve not figured out Victors plan and that he paid for Tuckers company to get back at Jack…duh. Don’t get me started on what a spoiled brat Kyle is being and Diane and Jack are acting like fools letting their kid disrespect them like he has. I really hope Claire gives Kyle a wake up call and he snaps out of this entitled brat behavior. Little Harrison is more of a grown up than either of his parents. What’s up with Summer and Chance? Personally I’ve always thought Chance is a boring actor. It’s like this show doesn’t know where to use him? They started putting him and summer together but apparently Summer only wanted Chance when he was with Sharon. These storylines involving the clueless and the entitled need to go away. My favorite part of the show is with Tracy and the psychiatrist. Tracy deserves to have love❤️

I don't see why Adam & Chelsea can't keep their hands off each other 🤔 I see no 🔥 between them. Somebody wrote Chelsea always looks like she is about to 😢 & Adam looks like he is dour & in pain to me when he is around Chelsea. Jack telling Nicki what Victor is Jack getting his hand dirty ? I would just love to see dark Jack. I haven't seen dark Jack in decades. Jack never wins against Victor. Can we see dark Jack & let Jack get a win ? Jack deserves a win & let it be Adam that helps Jack because Jack has always shown Adam compassion & picked Adam up when Victor unfairly cast him aside. Maybe the writers want Nikki to spilt from Victor to create a 💕 triangle with Jack, Diane & Nicki. Jack is loyal & all in on Diane but Jack' s loyalty could cause friction also Audra not about trying to seduce a single Victor 😅
I cannot get enough of my favorite character (Claire)...making peace with her half-sister (Katie), babysitting Harrison despite of Summer's negative/selfish attitude, and bonding with her birth parents (Victoria, Cole).

Other Y&R characters, sorry to say in my honest opinion, bring plenty of negative/selfish energy to us viewers.
