Rey is Ben's great-aunt because Rey's father was a perfect clone of Palpatine who didn't had a connection to the force. He let him life to continue his family name but once he found out that Rey had a connection to the force he started hunting them down. Anakin is also Palpatine son through the force, not biologically, but that still makes Anakin and Rey siblings in a way. That's why they are the duo chosen ones like the mural of the "Darkside" father and the "Darkside" brother and the "Lightside" sister. Palpatine had access to the world between worlds which is a dimension that links space-time and allows time travel. Just google who is Anakin's father. :D
