Yes. I saw alot of muslim international student's videos where they are wearing their hijab and niqab (sometimes mask) on . BUT you might face a little problem duriung examination (before entering china, on airport they examine you) so they might ask you to take of your parda but if you'll tell them elegantly that it's a religious obliagtion then they do understand additionally for security purposes, you can email the university you are intrested in to grant you permission to not to take of hijab at the airport (for examination) and also i wanted to make a point that as far as the security of the country is concerned, it is sometimes necessary to let the security check ups check everyone. If you notice, at the airport that the situation is getting worse and they aren't allowing you to enter the country wihtout examining so know that you tried your best, leave it to allah, he knows you and then take it off to let them examine and then wear it then you might not be asked again to take it off (but i don't know if they ask you to take it off again wheever you have to go to your student office. Please do confirm things but when you are once in china then you might directly go to your professor and make him sign your application of wearing hijab and then possibly they aren't gonna ask you again to take it off) That was all i knew!!
