Well I just wanna dedicate something in Megaman X community, especially help speed up this fangame "Apocalypse" (if I am useful to your team). Since your game is the most dedicated so far and still in development with new updates !! In short I can: compose piano music, ideas for combat system (x4-6 mechanics), button configuration ideas, can read/understand a little bit of Coding.

about new mavericks: yes about new enviroments / levels: depend on our time & skill above all, a full complete game delivered to everyone is our most important goal

Hey it looks pretty good! You should check that the sprites are aligned properly in the animations, zero's third saber slash and x's dash look misaligned (check their foots). I suggest checking how they're aligned in the original games as reference. Everything else looks amazing
i've played through x4 and x6 over seventy times combined now, so if you need a playtester just lmk - i can already see some possible improvement areas regarding the fluidity of movement
Still using Godot to make this game I see. Excellent, I still plan to make my own 2D MegaMan X-like game with it. The update is looking amazing. I love how the lifebars are set horizontal like how it was starting with X7. It makes it more smooth on the eyes and screen. Zero’s moveset is amazing! Can’t wait to see what you have planned for the boss techniques to them. X is simple and easy to do and good to see him return. I wonder what you have planned for the Armor(s) for him. Good luck on your project!
Algo asi pero para X seria hermoso, aunque no se me ocurren movimientos que podria sacar solo de su buster y que no dependa de usar el sable de zero o algun arma de otros mavericks. Quizas una mejora de movilidad como los que aportan las armaduras.🤔
Poor X. I honestly wish he had a melee option like zero except while zero is saber focus, X is buster focus. Stuff like his shoryuken, a short range hadouken or a punch/parry mechanic like megaman X death match might be what he needs. a melee focus X require even more skill and being super upclose to the enemy while zero can still play a range game with his saber game due to well....wielding a sword. he can't move while charging a buster and X shouldn't be able to move while charging his melee attack.
This way X can be a beginner character while Zero can be a intermediate character and X can later be an expert character to those who use his melee attacks and skills. Zero can also be an expert character as well since some of his combo might require being up close like his downward slash or using either his regular combo or his alternative combo on enemies.
Sample combo seems cool, but if everything dies fast like traditional X games it seems unnecessary? Especially with bosses having s after being hit there would be no need for it except style. That being said, it still looks sick lol

The game looks fun but the fucked up audio really takes all the hype away. The voice is really jarring and annoying

I suggest you use chatgpt to make sure your sentences are correct in case you want to use ai voice again.

Zero is more interesting to play than X for experienced players, but for non experienced players, X is safer to use.

I basically built the base game from scratch without any tutorial 😊😊😊
