Thank you for such a lovely comment! I prefer waxpol EP grease and SKF AP grease for most of my applications, though sometimes I do use Bosch's molybdenum grease for lubricating grinder's gears.
Thanks. This is great information. I followed the same method. But last week when used it for drilling whole in the sealing grease was thrown out through the air vents. I think the amount of grease is probably too much. I am planing to clean and re-grease. This time I will little less. Comments from any one?

Bro, One question I want to attach a 13mm chuck to my Bosch GSB 10 RE (10 mm chuck) hammer drill without the SDS adopter. I am not finding any suitable thread adopter or any good videos on it. Do you have any suggestions? I actually trying to cut an SDS adopter (13mm) and thread it inside for 10mm bolt. Am not sure if this will be sufccessful
You can cut off drill bit from the back side, where sds adapter notches fit, then you can normally mount it in drill. I have done the same to mount 15mm concrete drill bit.
Just what I was looking for - the exact grease for my drills and grinders.
What would you recommend to relube the sealed bearings?
Well there is even better grease available than the one I have shown, video on it will be uploaded soon. Same grease can be used to relube the bearings, but I will suggest to replace the bearings rather than relubing them.
@@M-DIY should have checked for your prompt reply..thanks.. after dropping the comment went to the market and got myself the Waxpol EP that you have shown in the video.. I knew not the best one.. but shall do for now.. the petreplus molyb that you have mentioned there are out of stock on both A & F
A little query though .. is NLGI the certifying body or the certification itself for grease to be used for such applications? Did find some ABC brand grease marked as NLGI 3 in the local market here. Would that have worked as well

I have used wheel bearing grease, technically it is called EP grease, which means extra pressure grease, normal grease doesn't work well in drill machines. I have given the links for the same product in the description though.

My gsb 501 drill machine upper side hammer to smooth switch not working how to repair
Replace hammer switch in case it is not working smoothly.
According to my experience precihole moly grease do wonders in these machines and make them super silent.
This Waxpol high temperature grease has less molybdenum percentage, so I now use a pure molybdenum grease along with this in equal parts for better lubrication. I'll explain all this in detail in next drill machine servicing video which will feature tips to replace bearings as well.
While washing it with diesel or kerosene, can we sink/wet the copper coil wiring?
Try to avoid that, because kerosene or diesel takes some time to dry, if you can dry armature in sunlight, it would be better, but still avoid soaking coils in any solvent anyway.

Bearings are made with super fine precision, you can't repair them, but you can replace them and for replacement parts you can visit Bosch power tools service center.
Mera Bosch 600 GSB drill , jab front side , ceiling ke or karte hai to chalta hai, jab horizontal karte hai tab , kabhi kabhi bandh ho jata hai, kya karan ho sakta hai or kaise thik kar sakte hai.
Carbon brushes ghis gaye hai most probably, unko check karo and replace karlo.
