01. 입춤(Yipchum)
전통춤의 기본이라 할 수 있으며, 여성의 외향적 아름다운 형태와 섬세함을 교태미의 조화로운 기교와 춤사위로 구성하여 즉흥적으로 표현하는 기방 춤 예술의 대표적인 작품으로 전승되었다.

01. Yipchum
Yipchum is said to be a basic and representative dance among many traditional dances because it presents the beauty of the feminine silhouette with detailed and sensitive movements. Improvisation is also the part of its aesthetical value.

Dance toward the moment of Ultimate freedom in the Perfect Movement of Monk Dance
Chae Sang-muk's dance tries to move away from the dichotomy of the old and the new. Chae puts his own interpretation of Korean dance into his movement, transmitting Yi Mae-bang style monk dance and exorcism dance. Chae presents a state of impassivity as he concentrates only on the dancing, purely thinking of the dance and freeing himself from all thoughts. Chae avoids obsession and wants to live like smooth flowing water. Chae also wants to be evergreen bamboo. As if he has just started dancing, Chae always tries to be a good dancer. At the same time, Chae is truly a masterful dancer who flies on the stage showing his sincerity and inner passion from his toes to fingers.
