I would just like to add that blue card is your best friend when taking down towers. You don't have to be fed really at all but 20-25 minutes in with blue card you can chunk a tower for like 1/3 of its health in one hit. Not this is only towers not Inhibs
Mastries question: Why not take blade and spell weaving on TF? His E synchronizes well with it if you have E up before a trade. TF also deals big AD for an AP champ, so those autos aren't useless

For sure, you do not start a teamfight by throwing your blue card and the gold and the red card are primarily used. However, in some situations it might be more handy to throw the blue card since it deals a high amount of damage. I was thinking about teamcomps with high cc, so if you have someone like Sejuani or Galio (reworked) who ults into five men, you can easily take out the adc or the midlaner with a blue card. But as I said, it depends on the teamcomp and the situation. There is no "never" in throwing the blue card, but for sure you prioritize throwing the gold card to get a pick or the red card if the enemies are crowded.

Twisted fate is realy mobile, he has to chase squichy champ because he just needs one burst to kill the enemy. His principal objective is to destroy enemy's backlane :D If you begin to play tf, this tutorial could be pretty useful for u in a first time :)

Ricardo Nogueira blue cards restores mana and the stun then q will do more damage and allow you to stop and enemy from escaping the blue card is the final shot if needed
Ricardo Nogueira skill just be able to get combos down its really hard to kill with twisted fate because he can't 1 shot kill your going to need to out play the enemy that's why the yellow card is used a lot
