Teena Schaefer hi it looks like the bent nose pliers I use for beading, and that's what they're called "bent nose pliers" find online or Michael's or Joanns
The poinsettias were stamped on vellum card stock using Mondo Poinsettia EESTJ-021-15 by Ellen Hutson then fussy cut and colored (on the backside) with a dark red Copic Marker. The top one is glued to the card and the bottom is attached with dimensionals to make it stand out a bit.
Rebecca Brown probably ridiculously late bit they are the penny black wonder collection which came free with issue 113 (I think it was) of paper craft essentials magazine...
So elegant ... less is definitely more !!! Thank you for sharing your ideas !
