Krsna disregarded the glorifications offered by Brahmaji. He didn’t even look in his direction [when Brahma was offering prayers after Brahma-vimohana lila]. But He is most thirsty to hear perverted, crooked retorts from the gopis, where they address Him as a debauchee, thief, liar, cunning...
Yasodaji went to the extent of binding His hands and said "You thief! You go around stealing in everyone’s house!" Gopis tell Him, "Look. Since You have behaved wrongly, You should worship our lotus feet. Keep our feet on Your head, then all the bad effects of Your acts will get nullified." And indeed, Krsna worshipped their feet!
Just see! [By worldly consideration] this is a grave offence, which would cause the doom of the gopis! So much so that they wouldn’t even get place in the hell for this! However, what to speak of sending them to hell, Krsna gave them residence within His heart. And never removed them from there.

कृष्ण, ब्रह्माजी की स्तुतियों की उपेक्षा करते हैं [और उनकी ओर] देखते भी नहीं [इसके विपरीत] गोपियों की उल्टी तथा टेढ़ी-तिरछी बातें सुनने के लिए सब समय लालायित रहते है। वह उनको लम्पट,चोर, लबाड और धूर्त कह रही हैं यहाँ तक की यशोदाजी ने उनके हाथ बाँध दिये [और बोली कि ] चोर घर-घर में चोरी करता है।
गोपियों ने कहा- अच्छा देखो तुमने जो यह दोष किये हैं [तो तुम] हमारे चरणों की पूजा करो और हमारे चरणों को अपने सिर पर रखो तब तुम्हारे सब [दोष] दूर हो जायें गे, तो कृष्ण ने सचमुच में ही उनके चरणों की [पूजा] की। तो बताओ तो क्या [इससे] उनके अपराध सिद्ध [हो जायेंगे और] गोपियाँ मरेंगी और [ऐसे तो] इनको नरक में भी स्थान नहीं मिलेगा किन्तु कृष्ण ने नरक में क्या [उन्हें] अपने हृदय में स्थान दिया है और कभी बाहर नहीं किया।
