I definitely spent a little over 10k because I bought a few more expensive items but overall it is a really nice cheap starter house!! Super cute, has everything you need. Not too hard to build, although it did take me a few hours. Thanks for the tut! :)

It was about 12-16k for me. I followed all you instructions and didn’t use one thing I shouldn’t have. But I did have to work and buy cash a few times. Overall amazing! I got complements and made this exact house for somebody!

this house is so cute! I spent 2 and a half hours making it, but it was worth it. I also added a little closed garage with washing mashings and stuff, and a backyard with a pool and a playground

It took me 2 days maybe 3 hours? This is my first ever speed build so it was pretty fast
This step by step really helped my wife and I understand the game alot more, im an old player that just loves building but youre designing was “Magnificent” 10/10 foreal I love the fast pace, not many people can keep it like that🙏🏾👍🏾

Me and my cousin have been building this house and I have to admit it beautiful and cute but it was not 10 k (for anyone wondering) but it was only 12k which isn’t much of a difference from 10k but overall it is a beautiful starter home 😊

I maade this house and the only thing that a beginner player wouldn't be able to buy is the Round Bush item, to get it unlocked we need to have lvl 2 in gardening skills :)

Just a warning: READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BUILDING THIS. She says prices will range from $10k-$15k. So if you only have like $10k-$11k, find a different build. I spent $13k on this build when I followed all steps exactly (but I do think I spent an extra $50 on changing color and material of two pillars) It took me about an hour and a half to build, not including time I will be taking to add my own little details. I definitely recommend this if you have $15k or more. It's awesome.

this is a rlly good starter house! i have used it in the past, as im am building a house for my little sister with this and im having trouble with the sink it might be a glitch in bloxburg too. i didn't have trouble with it in the past. still rlly good though!!

I love the layout of the house but there were somethings that I didn't have that you used to build the house because I play on mobile but this is actually a good home

hi! i finished this speedbuild today, spent a little over 2 hours on it =) its pretty, the outcome is good, it costed a bit over 10k tho (I kept deleting stuff after putting them down and placing them again so i ended up having less money if it makes sense). just maybe save up to at least 14k/15k, and if u want to roleplay with a dining table but there's no space, i just put a table in front of the couch. be more creative and add more stuff =) review: 9/10!! first build byw
