VANTA stands for Vertically Aligned NanoTube Arrays, which is a special material that absorbs 99.97% of light, making material so dark that it's losing it's 3D properties and objects covered in VANTA appear 2 dimensional. VantaBlack is 2nd most darkest "paint" in the world, there's something even darker that absorbs 99.996% of light, but it doesn't even have name (at least i couldn't find out what it's called).
in BeamNG drive, the crashing simulator, there is no such thing as actual VantaBlack, but there is paint customization which allows me to replicate the VANTAblack properties -- which is: no reflection of any kind.
