When are ya'll gonna take the hottie glasses off and keep it real because she's not improving and I'm upset because the talent is there but the mark is steady being missed. And you can hate ole girl however much you want, but lying in spite of her isn't gonna benefit your favorite artist in the long run and that's some a lot of you fans need to realize, because what did Meg say when people were critiquing her back in 2020-21? She said "this isn't for yall, this is for the hotties". WHATEVER THAT MEANS.
I like the album. I don’t feel like the crossovers are solely a business move. She actually enjoys that type of content, this is a self titled album. Aren’t the purpose of self titled albums to represent the artist? She payed homage to the south,involved her likes and expressed her feelings. I’m a quirky woman from the south so I love her showing those different sides. My only complaint are some of the hooks are too repetitive but I love it

Those that actually listened to the album knows that it isn’t true. So unfortunately, because Megan has a lot of people who are simply anti everything she does, some people are purposely putting out negative reviews and most likely didn’t even listen to her album. However, because negative commentary on her goes viral and people seek it out, it’s very easy for people say things and people push as validation.
I love the album. If you're not a true hottie you're not going to like it. Now there may be 2 or 3 songs on there I didn't like, but I think over all it's a good album. It's better than good news, in my opinion.
Same! This is one of my favorite Megan albums and Mamushi is an album highlight for me as well. I respect that she included Yuki and her anime interests into the project. It makes her more relatable and unique as an artist

The barbs and them manufacture chart success and it’s not realistic or long term. Half of the people didn’t know EVERY song. This is her moment. She had a new audience and she’s playing on that. It was something for EVERY hottie I mentioned above on the new album. That’s versatility in my eyes. Each demographic had their favs and their own pocket of viral clips on TikTok. I enjoyed the album I did. I see what people mean from both sides. Yes, Megan is known for rapping about sex and her body. Name a female rapper who doesn’t but the thing is I (and a lot of other people) were hoping for more bars and real raps. I don’t mind her throwing a pussy bar here and there but it’s like GIRL how many other ways you gone rap about it. Rattle was a good song to start the album off with. Had she kept the same energy on that song on all the others where she’s going at the haters and talking her shit the main focus point wouldn’t be people complaining about repetitive raps. To be fair, i gave the album a listen. It was only right if i was going to have an opinion. And i will say this: Megan dropped her best material prior to her going mainsteam. Fever & Tina Snow was her best work. Perhaps because she had her ears to the streets and was more connected to her fans. But now her originality and authenticity has been washed out by mainstream, unfortunately. There's no mutual coexistence between her themes, and music, a serious lack of artistic direction, and poor marketing. Someone else said it best: it's a self-titled album, so the expectations - at least for me - was to experience a differnet side of Megan. She mentioned rebirth. Where was this "rebirth" because i didnt hear it after pussc this and pussc that. This album could've been a full-circle moment for everyone, so she definitely missed the mark 🤷🏾♂️ and for everyone saying "people didnt listen to the album, and people keep sayin the same thing." The same people are the majority. The collective. And several things can be true at once. She can rap but she hasn't evolved as a artist into their third project 🤷🏾♂️
